1) Services
SIFIRBIR Logistics provides local delivery, home moving, furniture removal, and related transportation services (“Services”) in the Atlanta, GA area and surrounding communities. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather, access, and vehicle capacity.
2) Quotes & Pricing

Any quote provided is based on the information you provide (item details, locations, stairs, access, time window, etc.).

Final pricing may change if job details differ from what was described (extra items, additional stops, stairs/long carry, waiting time, special handling, etc.).

Disposal/dump fees (if applicable) may be charged at cost.
3) Booking, Deposits & Payments

Booking may require payment information or a deposit, depending on the service.

Payments are due as stated at booking and may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of the appointment.
4) Scheduling, Arrival Windows & Delays

Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs may cause delays.

We will communicate updates as needed.

If access is not available at the scheduled time (locked gates, no parking/loading access, etc.), waiting time may be billed.
5) Customer Responsibilities (Important)
To ensure safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

Provide accurate pickup/drop-off addresses and contact details

Disclose stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, low ceilings, and any access restrictions

Provide legal parking/loading access when possible
-
Ensure items are ready for pickup (disassembled if required, cleared pathways, pets secured)

Confirm any building requirements (COI requests, booking elevator times, permits)
6) Items We Do Not Transport
We may refuse items that are unsafe, illegal, or restricted, including (but not limited to):

Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, fuel, propane, explosives)

Firearms/ammunition (unless legally packaged and disclosed)
-
Medical waste or illegal substances
-
Any item that cannot be safely moved with available equipment/manpower
7) Damage, Claims & Liability
We take care to handle items safely, but the following terms apply:

Pre-existing damage, weak/particle-board furniture, and improperly packed items are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate access, hidden structural issues, or customer-provided instructions that create risk.

If damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours with photos and details so we can review.
8) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations/reschedules made 24 hours or more before the appointment are typically free.
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and dispatch costs.
9) Refund Policy

Deposits (if used) may be non-refundable for late cancellations/no-shows.

Completed services are non-refundable.

If there is a verified billing error, we will correct it promptly.
10) Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to SIFIRBIR Logistics and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11) Third-Party Services
Our website may include third-party tools (such as booking/scheduling widgets, maps, or payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or policies.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIFIRBIR Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
