This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for services booked with SIFIRBIR Logistics.

1) Deposits (If Applicable)

Some bookings may require a deposit to reserve your time slot.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows (see Section 3).

2) Service Payments

Because our services involve reserving time, dispatching labor, and scheduling equipment:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • If you believe there was a billing mistake, please contact us immediately so we can review and correct any verified error.

3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty in most cases.

  • Less than 24 hours notice / Same-day cancellation: A cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-show / No access: If our team arrives and cannot perform the service due to no access, incorrect address, or inability to contact you, a fee may apply to cover reserved time and dispatch.

4) Refunds for Billing Errors

If we confirm a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized charge), we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5) Refunds for Service Issues

If there is a service concern, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment with details and photos (if applicable). We will review and, when appropriate, may offer one of the following:

  • A partial adjustment

  • A return visit to address the issue (when reasonable)

  • Another resolution agreed upon with the customer

6) Third-Party Fees

If disposal/dump fees, tolls, parking fees, or other third-party costs were paid on your behalf, those amounts are generally non-refundable once incurred.

7) Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
